Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack with Care

Ensure the panels are in their original packaging and securely sealed to prevent damage during transit; items must be in resalable condition.

Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping center, keeping the tracking receipt for your records.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned panels, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
