What is the typical shipping timeframe?
Standard orders are processed within 2 business days. Depending on your location, shipping usually takes between 5 to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your panels ship.
Can I request a sample before placing a full order?
Absolutely. We recommend ordering our Sample Kit so you can see the texture, color, and quality in your home's natural lighting before committing to a full project.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and undamaged panels in their original packaging. Please note that custom-cut orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
Can the panels be cut to fit around outlets or corners?
Yes, our panels can be easily trimmed using standard woodworking tools, such as a fine-tooth saw or a utility knife, depending on the material thickness.
